With experience spanning government, education finance, and community development, Tatiana has secured millions in funding, supported organizations and individuals in financial planning, and helped businesses establish sustainable growth strategies. Tatiana brings years of expertise in grant writing, financial management, and strategic consulting to help clients thrive.
Caroleena Vargas
Grantmaking and Learning Manager
Caroleena Vargas is a nonprofit consultant and grantmaking professional with more than a decade of experience advancing community-led change through philanthropy, international development, and social impact. With expertise in grantmaking, impact measurement, organizational capacity building, and strategic consulting, Caro has partnered primarily with BIPOC- and women-led organizations to secure resources, strengthen operations, and amplify their leadership. She is passionate about helping mission-driven organizations build sustainable solutions that create lasting community impact.

Sarah Lilli is a nonprofit consultant and project coordinator with a passion for helping mission-driven organizations strengthen their operations and expand their impact.
